The Business Diagnostic Programme’s main objective is to give Tanzanian entrepreneurs access to practical training and counselling, which will help them to improve their business knowledge and skills and professionalize their business. All participating entrepreneurs that are able to improve their business during the programme cycle, will be awarded with grants to invest in their business.

In summary, all participating entrepreneurs have:

• the opportunity to attend workshops and training sessions to improve business skills and knowledge
• the opportunity to discuss their business challenges with professional counsellors and work out targeted action plans to improve their business.
• the chance to receive grant money up to US$ 800 at each level of training and self diagnosis.
