No, unfortunately you may not. Applicants that have won prices in any previous East-African Business Plan Competition, including the BBB one, are not eligible to participate in the BDG programs, even with a different business title, since participation is on a personal basis.
I participated in 2008 Believe Begin Become Business Competition and I become one of the winners,may I participate in BDG but with another business title different from the one that I participated with in begin Believe BECOME competition
