During Cycle 4 of the NBPC, the winners shall receive a total of $1,435,000 as seed capital as well as incentive grant to deserving winners. An incentive package of $15,000 has been set aside for the final winners and will be available on matching basis to most deserving cases based on sector, nature of business and impact of the incentive to the growth and development of the selected recipient. The grants shall be awarded as follows:

• 750 Entrepreneurs with the most viable Business Concepts will be invited to a one-day training session to improve their business knowledge and skills.
• In the second phase 400 entrepreneurs with the best Business Concepts will receive a grant of US$ 2,000/- and will be invited to a three-day business plan training.
• The entrepreneurs with the top 100 best Business Plans in phase 3 will receive a grant of US$ 4,000/-. They will also be invited for a five-day intensive training and personal coaching seminar.
• The finalists of the Business Plan Competition 2011 - 2012 will receive large grants:

  • Second runner up – US$ 13,000/-
  • Third Runner up – US$ 12,000/-
  • Most innovative – US$ 10,000/-
